The Office Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Duties of Office Coordinator and responsibilities:

• General administration duties
• General PA tasks for Supply Chain Director
• Secretarial tasks
• Implement office standards, operations and procedures
• Inventory Management
• Perform certain Financial duties
• Managing the store room
• Organizing office get togethers and weekly lunch delivery
• General and any other office and ad-hoc tasks
• Take an active interest in quality issues
• Maintain professional business language and behavior
• To communicate regularly regarding any concerns that you have
• In addition to the above you are also expected to perform back-up

Position Task:

• Production and Development Administrator
• Wage Clerk
• Trainer
• Indirect procurement functions

Qualification Requirements:

1. Matric
2. National Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant qualification
3. Experience in FMCG or clothing industry would serve to your advantage
4. Intermediate computer skills
5. Be excel and word savvy
6. Microsoft Outlook
7. Strong attention to detail
8. Be a team player and can work independently
9. Great interpersonal skills
10. Great communication skills, written and verbal
