An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced staff member to take up a challenging position as a Quality Assessor in our Cape Town office.
THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Telephonic Surveys and Assessments of client interactions
Identifying and reporting of problems areas, trends and training needs with the focus on development of Claims and Team Leaders
Communicating regularly with the Quality Assurance and Customer
Services Managers, Team Leaders, Customer Services Agents, Claims Specialist and Claims Assessors in terms of assessment scores and findings
Liaising with all the relevant role players in the event of disputes regarding customer satisfaction measures in order to ensure the accurate and consistent application of procedures
Facilitating training sessions as and when required
Coaching of Agents and Team Leaders to achieve desired quality levels
THE APPLICANT SHOULD MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Matric or Grade 12 qualification
3-5 years Call Centre experience preferably in a Medical Aid industry
Supervisory experience or quality management experience would be an advantage
MS Office proficiency and Call Centre applications (inclusive of the assessment system)
Ability to work under pressure while being client centric at all times
Assertive with good communication skills and the ability to access and use information
Ability to be creative, innovative and a problem solver with collaboration and inclusiveness
Self-management and results-driven behaviour with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
