HR Manager position

Position available with the Oval International, seeking the services of a senior and experienced manager to oversee the Human Resource sector of the Institution. This position requires the incumbent to provide leadership in effectively managing the Human Resources Portfolio of the institution both strategically and administratively.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  1. B.Com Honors degree in Human Resource Management. 2. Experience in a tertiary institution would be an advantage. 3. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements. 4. The ability to design, implement and monitor HR strategies in compliance with basic employment equity act 5. Oversee the institutions recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes 6. Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures 7. Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff 8. Manage contracts 9. Be very knowledgeable of labour legislation 10. Implement performance management systems 11. Review and develop appropriate HR Policies
